BEST SHAPE TO PRINT LOGO STICKERS
Custom logo stickers are everywhere these days because they’re so easy to use and cheap to order online.
Logo stickers can be used for package labeling, decorating a laptop, creating brand awareness in public space or given away as promotional gifts to customers.
Logo stickers come in all shapes and sizes, but what are the best ones?
DIE CUT LOGO STICKERS
Choosing “die cut” as the shape of your logo stickers can often be a safe bet for most orders because “die cut” essentially means printing to match the custom shape of your logo design.
“Die cutting” is a fabrication process that uses specializing equipment and software to cut out custom shapes from stock material (like vinyl sticker paper).
For custom die cut stickers, this can be especially effective when you want the custom sticker to match the unique outline of your logo.
However, having your stickers match the shape of your logo isn’t always ideal, which is why there are other popular sticker shapes to consider.
ROUND LOGO STICKERS
Round stickers are very useful when it comes to package labeling.
Their uniform shape makes them more durable and easier to work with compared to some custom die cut shapes.
Regardless of the unique dimensions of your logo, it can be printed within a round shape to offer the maximum amount of flexibility in terms of where and how the sticker can be placed (included on laptops and water bottles).

Sometimes right angles are the right choice.

Using special die cut methods, your square or rectangular stickers can also come with rounded corners for a softer look.

Which may not trump the feeling of happiness that circles do or offer the branding possibilities that die cut stickers do, but I’m sure you can see how the above description could apply positively to your custom stickers.
TRIANGLE LOGO STICKERS
Unless your company branding is triangle centric, you should avoid the triangle shape when printing your logo stickers.
The triangle shape is said to express anger and alarm.
It’s why you see triangles used for things like warning labels and yield signs because it’s meant to invoke a certain type of reaction and attention that does not translate well to most types of business.
